Terrible program if you want to look good. It will get you strong and you will lift a lot of weight but aesthetics wise its not good.

Yeah you can but you have to split bodyparts up between days. Say you run every day, you'll be overtraining your legs. So you can do some type of training every day, just not the same bodypart over and over again.
