I'm fairly new to this. I have been keeping track of my calories and exercising 5 days a week. I lost 4 pounds but then gained it back. I was devastated. I thought I was doing everything correctly! Now, I'm just trying to stay away from that evil scale for awhile lol...I'm looking for fitness and motivation buddies. Hope to hear from u soon.
