It has been a rough couple of months but i have to move on and take care of myself. I am going to buy some nutrition shakes and vitamins but i will still track my food

I am feeling so much better since i have started restricting calories and swimming. I almost joined weight watchers again but i am glad this is working.

I have been tracking but not really accurately. I will try to be more precise. also the night time snacking has been an issue. i will have to come up with a plan about that. Maybe eat fruit and have tea.

thats good. my neighbor did that fast. i did a cleanse with some products in august that really helped. i may do that again some day. you really have to be ready for it like u say.
