Well after you binge would you feel better or worse? Get up and go out. Treat yourself to a massage, a walk in the park anything but binging. Have someone you have not talked to lately reach out! Find a place to volunteer! Sometimes helping someone else helps us. You are not alone!

I eat at a deficit and I eat between 12pm-8pm. I enjoy it a lot. I feel better about my calorie intake at 2lbs of loss a week. Im not sure of the other benefits but it just helps me stick to my goal.

I never do a full day because it make me feel terrible. I sleep bad that night, I get bloated so i stoppedOnce a week I go out to dinner and enjoy what ever I want. I track my calories through lunch. That particular dinner I do not track.

I use the water flavoring packets with my rum to cut calories. I use one 5 calorie pack with a cup of water and add 2oz of rum. It makes for an excellent low calorie drink! 130 Calories! I pick out flavors that I like to enjoy. (Strawberry Lemonade, Lemonade, pomegranate)
