Wow, I would love to be where you are now! The lowest I've ever been is 130lbs, and I looked pretty small at that weight. Good luck in finding the size you feel healthiest and happiest at :)

Sometimes if somethings really small I justify eating it. Sometimes one bite can have 200+ calories ;(

I've never been a big fan of red meat, after it had been diagnosed my doctor said it was also from having dairy around mealtimes and from having very regular periods. No worries about being nosy :)

Yeah, I used to naturally eat light during the day and have my main meal in the evening because I felt better like that - started following guidelines of 3 square meals and I put on quite a lot of weight and since then I've had spots on my face which I never ever had previously :\

I just reposted. My original post didn't post for some reason. No need to jump down my throat, I am a woman and I am not insulting women, I was referring to a lot of stuff I've been reading which freaked me out as it made it seem as if I would damage my body/hormones by dieting. :)
