What made you pick your goal weight?
Was it by choosing a particular BMI, or a weight you've been in the past which you felt good at? Or did you choose a weight to see how you felt when you reached it, and then decide if you wanted to lose anymore?

I am 20 years old, 5'6" and 80kg. Would like to get down to 65kg. I am so "done" with being this size and not feeling healthy and happy with my body. It would be lovely to have some likeminded people to share this journey with! :)
