  • It’s been 45 days since I’ve been logging every single thing that goes into my body.
  • Thanks. I always thought if I ate back any exercise calories, it was counterproductive. But I’m happy to see I was wrong and I get to eat more the days I burn more!!
  • So do you think it is ok to eat back some of the calories burned then? Since, technically, I’d still be under my daily goal for the net?
  • I guess we would all have a differing opinion. I think of a cheat day as a day I can eat whatever I want and not count and not worry about the calories or fat or nutritional value.
