Haven’t lost any weight this week and I didn’t do anything differently. Suggestions?

    Wait it out.
Weight loss is not linear. Water will get on you and sit around sometimes for various reasons (salt, hormones, exercise repair).

    Give it time.

How long have you with your current weight loss plan? Are you weighing your food and logging everything you consume using correct entries like no generic or homemade?

It’s been 45 days since I’ve been logging every single thing that goes into my body.

Logging, but is it accurate? Weighing is most accurate. There are also incorrect entries so you have to be careful about that too. It has only been a week. How much have you lost and how much do you need to lose to get to a healthy weight?

I’m 99% sure everything is accurate. I do not have a food scale for meat portions, but that’s the only thing I estimate. Everything else is measured out. I have lost 10lbs thus far. I need to lost 15-20 more.

If you do buy a food scale you’ll want to weigh everything on it, not just meat. Measuring cups can be pretty inaccurate. But a week without losing is normal and shouldn’t be cause for concern. You’re actually doing a great job!

I'm 99% sure your logging isn't accurate judging by the use of cups, spoons and quick adds. That looks like two very inaccurate measuring devices and some guessing.

But if you are consistent (harder for outsiders to judge that of course) that's not such a big issue.
Your expectation of weight loss every single week is unrealistic though.
