My breakfast is the biggest meal I have everyday. I'm a journalist and I'm always somewhere and there are times when I won't have the opportunity to have a healthy snack in between so with a big breakfast I'm not that hungry till it's time for lunch which is much smaller yet still fulling. That's my goal as well. Just remember once you set your mind to it it's possible and don't beat yourself up if you fall off a bit, just get back on it.

I'm a reporter as well and I put lightly active.

You can do it hun, once you put your mind to it. I'm 241 down from 249 in a month, never thought I would enjoy working out and eating healthy and you can get there too. I'll add you so you can get the support and motivation you'll need.

My diet consists of a lot of veggies some fruit no sweets, no bread, no soda a lot of water. My exercise is a lot of cardio and a little bit of weights
