I think plain vodka is zero. I was drinking the Smirnoff Lime flavoured version and the bar code scan came back with what I quoted above. Tastes great though. :'(

My favorite drink is a "Bloody Caesar". Vodka with clamato juice. Vodka is 67 call, 14gr carbs, 4 fat, 0 protein. 6oz of clamato is 90 cal, 20gr carbs, 0 fat, 1gr protein. Five or six sure does throw the carbs and calories through the roof. Feel like I gained 4 pounds last night. No booze No booze No booze :s

Lots of protein fat and beer over the weekend. Gained 4 pounds of beer weight. Didn't really drink much water so it can't be that.... ;)

Just discovered Oberto Bacon Jerky in 50 gr bags. A wonderful fat bomb. 50gr. 240 calories. 16gr fat. 55mg cholesterol. 1190mg sodium. 3gr carbs. (3gr sugar). 20gr protein Gluten free. I'm going to try to make it myself because I can't always find it.

A nice side effects of LCHF. Low sugar. Mine is almost always under 15 per day! Woooohooooo :)

Many weeks I will cook up a big batch of "lunch", then package 5, freeze, and eat the same lunch all week. I add a can of sardines, smoked oysters, clams, or tuna each day just for variety. Recently I discovered Oberto Bacon Jerky in 50 gr bags. A fat bomb!!! Some days I will add one of them instead of the seafood.

I drink vodka and soda. Add a dollop of Mio for flavor. Personally I like the blueberry lemonade Mio, but you can take several and try different flavors as you go. Mio uses sucralose. Label says 0 everything. Soda says 0 everything. Vodka has calories.

Wide open. Juggling high fat low cal. Fat is calorie dense. Keeping the carbs below 50. Many days below 30. Always try to figure in any exercise I managed to get. (Have to walk 0.75km from my truck to my office and back every day. ) Wishing I could lose weight...

My problem has always been eating when my tongue is hungry. Often times my belly is full but my tongue is causing trouble... lol I try to stay around 1500 and 30 carbs. Always count everything.

Seems to me that it's about: 400 calories in = 1 pound gained. 40000 calories burned = 1 pound lost. Wish I knew why :(

Smoking was relatively easy to quit. Just Never Do It Again. Sadly I cannot apply the same logic to eating. I'm afraid eating is a habit no one can break completely. It's like only being able to smoke 5 per day. Any regular smoker can tell you how tough that is when you are a pack a day person.

I'm with you. I try to stay around 1500 calories and below 30 gr carbs. Still don't lose any of the 60 pound tire. Went on vacation and didn't track. One week, gained 6 pounds.
