:) Although I would gladly slash my "Fat" tire.

I agree with @EbonyDahlia . I have been mostly low carb for a year and still don't have it dialled in. If I skip breakfast and stay below 1300 I will slowly lose weight.

What!!! The government make a mistake??? What!!?? But aren't they always looking out for our best interest, Batman?

I eat mostly meat. Typically I end up over on my protein and carbs. Have my carbs set very low. Low on my fat. If I eat enough fat to meet goal my calories are way up there. My stomach will be full, but that damn tongue of mine is always looking for something delicious. Currently not losing as much as I want, but not…

All you can do is choose. Addiction is a tough cookie to crumble. But the results can be amazing! Don't give up on your dreams.

I was just curious as to what all the extra grams were. I expected that the total would be equal to the sum of the 4 types. Obviously that's not the case. Can't find anything on the net. Guess it's just one of "those things".

I used to like the lime flavoured vodka, but discovered it had some carbs, and more calories than regular. And as an added bonus, they charge more money, but it was 35% alcohol instead of 40...

Love those seaweed snacks. Local Freshco has several flavours now.

Vodka, sparkling water, quarter of a lime squeezed in.

Pecan cereal looks delicious, but wouldn't it be quite high in calories? I'd only be able to eat a handful... Lots of good fats in nuts though... Generally for breakfast I do IF and Black coffee on work days. Eat lunch at 11. Weekends I do up a bacon-mushroom-spinach-onion-swiss 2 egg omelette or similar and skip lunch.

This isn't a calculator, but I find http://www.dietdoctor.com to be a wealth of information. Lots of Keto recipes, food plans, tips and such. Happy dieting.

Steamed or boiled until tender. I treat it like spinach. Tried kale chips. My tongue KNOWS..... they're not chips... lol

My trouble is usually an evening beer or two. Carbs and calories  Then that breaks up my sleep for a couple of pee breaks.

Add me if you like...

I can only eat tomatoes from my summer garden. Those hot house tomatoes in the grocery store taste like water. And they're expensive... :#

https://www.16personalities.com/infj-personality The Advocate. Wasn't what I expected, but all in all quite accurate. Actually explains some parts of my personality that I have been confused about. Especially relationships and why they keep falling apart. Thanks for posting @Sunny_Bunny_ !

Wine gums and jujubes. Trouble for me. All the time. Christmas baking not so much....

Congratulations to everyone. I'd love to see 200. Currently 235 and I keep playing with the same 10 pounds over and over again. Goal of 180. Sigh Need to try harder.

I sort of wish I could buy large bottles of dill juice. No pickles please. ^j^

So 400 pounds is too tough? We don't have pigs in southern Ontario.

@RowdysLady , isn't that the way all the best cooks do it? I know I do... :)

Search for "Sacred Heart Soup". Have a recipe somewhere. Basically cabbage, tomatoes, celery, broth, and any other veggies you like. I usually add some kind of meat. Fatty pork or chicken is good. No pasta, barley, potatoes, or rice. Low carb. Low calorie. Mine is different every time. Apparently it's used in the Sacred…

But from what I've read the alcohol is still a problem. Doesn't your liver stop processing everything except the alcohol? My body doesn't lose anything on the days when I have a couple of beers. And yes, some hot summer days it becomes several instead of a couple. Usually I drink Sleemans Clear.

One minute at a time when the cravings hit. "I don't need a cigarette this minute." After 4 or 5 repeats you'll think of something else to do. Worked for me. Quit for 9 years. Never Give Up.

Excellent information.
