don't judge... I did the lap band almost 5 years ago and lost 80 pounds (40kg) I was really overweight and had issues by then with my health. My band is not super tight so I can still eat some meat but still not enough... and I still needs lots of iron. L-carnitine has worked for me so far with other suplementation now...…

I need it for almost all of its benefits... Energy increase, fat loss, muscle mass and immune system boost I lift and do lots of cardio so it really helps and haven't got sick for a while. But I just really want to decrease the pills amount. Its pretty annoying

Maybe you should wear more sport clothes that are made of cotton. That will allow your skin to breathe easier. I use leggings and lycra since I like them and have no problem with it but Cotton is better for these kind of problems.
