HIIT, Tabata or what?

So I am pretty confused and maybe you guys could help me.
I go 6 times a week to the gym and do weight lifting , cardio and Zumba. A few days ago my membership expired and while I was waiting for my checkbook to be ready in the bank, I saw this tiny gym only for women where I could pay per class (since there is no way I'm doing nothing in the meanwhile). I decided to give it a try so I went in.
However, I have no idea what I'm doing. What I mean is that the class lasts for an hour, the first 15 mins is a warm up where you don't really sweat and little by little gets more and more intense.
It works with intervals like the Tabata ones 20:10 and suddenly moves to the time of HIIT intervals of 1 minute. You do trustees, use TRX strips, planking, Push ups, jumping rope, squats... but as I said... the class lasts 1 hour and not 30 mins like normal HIIT classes. And I read somewhere while Google-ing that Tabata lasts even less.
So what am I doing?
I want to know because I want to see a rough estimate of my calories burned and what to identify the types of training. Can somebody help me?

Sounds like circuit training. I wouldn't worry about the "HIIT" and "Tabata" labels for most exercise classes generally. They have become marketing terms more than anything else.0
