I said no to all of the wonderful looking junk food in WalMart. Don't go there when you are hungry because the temptation is ridiculous!

Vegetables are going to probably be your best bet if you want low carbs and sugar.

You may actually not be taking in enough calories for your activity level. If you are going under 1000/day, that can be dangerous from a health stand point and it puts your body in "starvation mode".

I have a similar recipe but I like to puree it until it is velvety smooth. Makes a great spread for sandwiches too!

You look fabulous! Even in your "updated" photos. If you are eating only 900 calories a day and you are exercising, your body is going into starvation mode where it will hold onto every calorie that it can.
