I've done it (breakfast) for most of both of my "successful" OMAD periods. It works for me, mainly because I don't wake up hungry and have to fight it all day. Instead, I usually get hungry about the time I start my pre-sleep routine which includes some deep thought and a hot beverage, so I don't "feel" the hunger as much.…

ACV dramatically reduced my acid reflux. I don't know why and I don't know how, but if I take a couple tablespoons a day, I don't get heartburn. I put it in a small glass of apple juice. I use Bragg's. That's the only health benefit that I have seen.

Fried eggs with meatloaf today. It was terrible, so I only had a couple bites. I asked my better half to save it and to maybe make some gravy to try with it tomorrow. Then I ate two doughnuts on the way in to work; maple glazed cinnamon rolls with bacon on top. . . *nom nom nom* Now the sugar is making me jittery. . . lol

Eggs, ham, and bacon today. Feeling a bit trimmer lately. Not a huge difference, but enough to notice in my clothes.

I had an awesome morning with my son; we went hiking for an hour at a park near home, hit another park for swings and slides, and then watched two hours of cartoons. Fantastic!

Must be the moon phase. . . I gained a little too. Not as much, but I haven't lost as much either. You are killing it, just wait until you see what you weigh two weeks from now!! I know, that's a long time away, but it is surely coming.

Way better today! I ate twice yesterday; one little meal during my normal breakfast and a normal size bowl of spaghetti for supper. Definitely still under 2000 calories, but more than 1100. . . I have a rep coming in for lunch today, so I skipped my normal meal time. Gotta stay OMAD! I noticed a pretty good size difference…

I feel terrible today. . . I had an 1100 calorie or so breakfast cooked up and could only eat about a third of it. My stomach hurts, my head hurts. . . . Bleah. Just sharing this little bit of joy on a Monday, lol.

It's why we look like we do. . . :p Success this week! 317.4 as of this morning. Breakfast has been a good call, I think. Weird how the app and the desktop graphical reports differ: the app "normalizes" gain and loss over a period of intervening time, the desktop shows it as literal time intervals.

Men probably have it a little easier because of the weird contortions we do while shaving. (At least traditional wet shaving, these new-fangled multi-blade cartridges are for the birds)
