Good morning to all in MFP land. Particularly the OMAD section! 2015 was not so hot, if you were following my progress. Some of you however, absolutely killed it! Great job! I started 2016 at 327.8 lbs. After a strict week of OMAD, I am 321.8 today. So, here we are!

Exercise
So, heavy exercise is not a recommended part of OMAD when trying to lose significant amounts of weight; we all know that, right? However, some coming to this board may just want to do OMAD for reasons other than losing weight. Maybe they just like the simplicity, whatever. So, what did you do today that qualified as…
