322.2

No, due to my mental block, I see .2 as more significant a gain than I see 2.0 as a significant loss. All in my head. 300 is a huge mental bridge for me, when I am under 300, a lot of these hang ups go away. Weird, I know..

Flat today, 324.8. Tracking calories now, Diary is open if anyone wants to check in on me from time to time. Water, coffee, and tea are not tracked, 'cuz I'm lazy. . . It is good! Hard to see it that way sometimes. I am used to seeing (with any attempt) a DRAMATIC loss of 10+ pounds at first and then a slower drop after…

I will say, I have yet to see something in here that looks anything other than tasty.

Yes. But apparently still in flux.

I am hoping so, I am down a little today, so yay! I definitely notice an uptick after high-sodium meals. Not usually a consistent climb though. Going the other way this morning though, so hanging on! Truth here. Last week was pretty crazy on the sleep. The rest of the month is just on Saturday nights, (the 36 hour days) so…

Hey, way to be active! Most people go out for a meal, maybe shop a little, sit at a movie, eat again, and go home. Way to go!!

Ha! Nice job Kitty!

Thank you! I gained more weight than I ate over the weekend. . . Still trying to figure out how that is even physically possible. . . I did eat a gas station cheeseburger during my overnight, but that was 500 extra calories max. And, should have been offset by the fact that I was up for 36 hours. . . The only thing I can…

I do; every payday. (two weeks) I usually get a doughnut for breakfast, hit a fast food joint for lunch, and have pizza with the family for dinner. It's all emotional for me, which is hilarious because I am not at all an emotional person. Just with food and fat. I am up again today, and I really don't see how it's even…

Eh, I'm down 1.4 for the week. I will see if things level off. If not, I will throw in some exercise. LIGHT exercise. I'm in it for the long haul this time. It would be nice to drop it right quick and be able to make my PAT, but if not, I will probably live.

324.0, going the wrong way. Which is odd, as I have been VERY strict. Well, we shall see. Still down from start weight!

Killin' it!

Oh, absolutely no apology needed! Just a statement of my personal hang-up. You would have no idea. It is my mental hang-up that leads me to believe "half done, you can slack off now". The sentiment is valid and true: for most people, starting is half the battle.

Nice job!

For me, this was the problem. The sentiment is a fine one (and I really appreciate the sincere offering) but I have some kind of hang-up with having a great start, feeling like everything is going great, and waking up with no follow-through. Starting is definitely hard, nigh on impossible for some, but for me, it is…

It was sketchy for a while. All me, all in my head. Thanks for the re-welcome!

It surprises me that people push back on such reasoning. I like a good discussion, but it doesn't take a genius to see that you don't utilize the entire caloric content of a Crave Case from White Castle. The results speak for them selves. Practically, to test the theory, drink nothing but water and eat varying amounts of…

Nice job sir!

Just DON'T do what I did and keep eating big. Soon, my losses were gone, and I was right back to where I started with nothing other than a sense of "what could have been". You are getting it done, keep on rolling!
-
Just stopping in to say you are killing it! Great job!
-
Excellent job!

This is absolutely the case for me. After a couple days of healthy OMAD-ness, the *need* for carbs seems greatly diminished. Great observation.
-
That is substantial, my friend. Great job!
-
Go get 'em.

Nice job sir!

Loving the thread, keep up the great work!
