ACV has nearly eliminated my acid reflux. No joke.

Hi guys! Sorry for being late to the party, but welcome to the OMAD forum! Stick around and enjoy.
-
Very nice. Thanks for putting that together!
-
Nice!
-
Yes sir, I hear you there!

Calf raises and vertical leaps. My nemesis.
-
Not too bad, the calves took a beating though. Lots of dancing about and such. I'm going to try another session or two before I commit to anything. It was a good time!

Where you at, kabrigail? Still kickin'?
-
Did an hour of Krav Maga last night, good grief.....
-
Good stuff right there! Way to go!
-
How's it going out there?
-
Keep it up! Do not be disheartened if that slows a bit, but you go girl!
-
Great job!!

Workout with the ice pack today. I might do some Ibuprofen curls later, followed by a lengthy session of HIIT slumber.
-
You might try changing the time of day you eat. It works best for me in the morning or noonish. You can do it!

Too much time on my hands. . . :D

If you are on MFP via the web, go back out to the OMAD forum screen where you clicked into this thread and scroll all the way to the bottom where it says "create". If you are on the app, go about halfway down the group page until you see "create".

Six laps of straight-away sprints, max push-ups x2, now rest until Saturday. Side note, I injured my foot. There is wisdom in not going too hard, too fast.

Hi Sandy! Start a thread and dive in! Welcome!

Gotta stop doing that. With ANY fat loss program. But I hear you, it's a hard habit to break. Here is a picture that I posted on my thread: Total WEIGHT loss between these two pictures??? LESS THAN ONE POUND. Not even kidding. Look at my post dates.

If you are referring to arguablysamson, he removed 196.8 pounds in 365 days. Amazing.

If not, just keep rolling with it. You will. BUT, and I caution you based on experience, when you do see loss; do not fall into the trap of "well, it is so easy, I can probably cheat here and there and still be fine". The OMAD system forces discipline, and that is one reason it works so well. Stay the course, I have every…

You may notice some mood variability, especially depending on the quality of food you eat. (IME) I got over that in about a week. Great job!!! Yes, I do get full more quickly and stay that way longer now. That will ebb and flow based on what/when/how you eat. Again, in my limited experience. I am an in-progress, not…

HIIT sprints and multiple max-rep sets of pushups and situps Friday and Saturday. Two max-rep sets of pushups and situps Sunday. Tonight is sprints only. I am *this* close. . .
-
Usually, "going easy" would entail not starting anything new or especially challenging with regard to exercise. If you are sedentary, don't start C25K, 100 Pushups, 200 Situps, and a progressive weights program alongside OMAD. If you have a favorite activity that you enjoy and have been doing for a while, keep doing it and…

1.5 miles in 16:42. Closing in.....
-
Gotta love HIIT trampoline with the kiddies!

Alternated running and walking for 16 track laps, finding a cadence that will put me under 16 minutes for the mile and a half next weekend. Looks like 165-170 SPM is going to be the most comfortable and gives me an average of 2:35 per lap. I knew that metronome would come in handy someday. . .

Great job!
