I'm 5'7.5 and currently weigh 154. My goal weight is 145.

I use stevia cane sugar blend which is 5 calories per 1/2 tsp so 10 calories in my morning coffee.
-
I weigh daily in the morning after I pee.

Coffee is fine, at like 5 calories a cup there is no reason to give it up if you ask me. It's not the coffee itself that is the problem it's what people add to it that could cause an issue.

Hclf vegan here, you can definitely add me if you would like :)

Why do you need to lose that much in such a short period of time??

I'm sorry that was suppose to say 12am lol :D

I work late at night so Monday-Thursday I actually eat my dinner around 12pm. This has not slowed my weight loss at all.

I cook maybe 2 times a week. I choose whatever few meals I am hungry for that week, and cook them in bulk. Then I measure and portion everything out into Tupperware containers. I love cooking this way, my meals are always ready to just grab and go. This prevents me from making poor food choices and keeps me on track all…

I work 3rd shift 6pm-5:30am and honestly for me meal prep is key. I honestly don't know how anyone would manage healthy eating on this shift without meal prep. I cook 2 times a week and eat healthy for 7 days off of that. I of course add fresh fruits, fresh salads, and lots of steamed veggies to whatever I prepped ahead.

If it won't allow you to finish your diary you are eating under 1000 calories a day. How are you eating under 1000 calories a day and are not hungry first of all. Second of all why would you add stuff you haven't even eaten to your diary? It's happened to all of us once in a while where we've had a really busy day and came…

Fast results? Why fast results? None of us on this site got this way overnight your not gonna fix it overnight. Healthy eating, exercise, determination, consistency breeds results.

I work nights and what I find is that if I don't meal prep I fail miserably. I cook maybe 2 times a week and eat healthy for 7 days off of that. If I didn't meal prep I would literally be eating just snacks and junk all the time.

@gonetothedogs19 I'm a vegan but I'm not an idiot I don't think that eating a couple eggs will give me heart disease, I just don't want to eat them, or fish and seriously why should that affect your life? Why does what I do and do not eat have any affect whatsoever on your life??Seriously this is a discussion about are all…

My fave snack right now is fresh salsa(5 calories per 2 tablespoons) and instead of chips I use cucumber slices to dip. It's delicious and low in calories.

If your cheating twice a week that's probably why the scales not moving.

I work 3rd shift, My shift runs from 6pm-5:30am. I generally eat some sort of breakfast like item around like say 2:30-3:00 in the afternoon before I start getting ready for work. My first break is at 9:15pm and I will usually have a cliff bar, fruit, and some raw veggies and a liter of water. My lunch break is at 12:30am…

It does not matter at all what time of the day you eat the calories. I work 3rd shift so most of my food is eaten between the hours of 8pm- 3:30am and I have no trouble losing weight.

I just buy as my clothing becomes too big. I am not to my final goal yet so I only buy a few things here and there and mostly from Goodwill because I'm not gonna spend the money on new clothing when I have more weight I wanna lose.

My husband and I actually joke and call it Whole Paycheck lol. The person who said you have to know how to shop there and what items to buy is totally correct. Its not the kind of store (I don't think anyway) that you can really go into and buy your entire grocery order for the week, at least not for us. We only buy select…

I would say depends on the activity. If I am feeling a little low and I go out on a sunny day for a walk then yes it boosts my mood quite a bit. I find that I will start walking and feel better and then my walk will turn into a run. So it does work for me for boosting my mood.
-
I would say it depends on how I feel that day. If the exercise I did was very intense and I am more hungry because of that then I will eat some of those calories back. If it was just moderate exercise and I am not really hungry then I won't eat those calories back.

I eat quite a bit of fruit daily and it doesn't really give me an issue, just make sure you are logging it and fitting it into your calorie goals for the day if you are worried about it.

My husband took a picture of me in my swimsuit last week and I didn't even realize before I looked at the picture that almost all of the cellulite is gone from my thighs! This is a huge NSV for me because I have struggled with terrible cellulite all of my adult life.

I don't really buy it either. They say that because certain types of fruits digest very quickly (like melons) so if eaten with other foods can cause digestive upsets. So say you ate a hamburger and then ate some watermelon the beef is going to take longer to digest than the watermelon, causing digestive upset. I personally…

I actually on a good day consume anywhere from 2000-3000 calories and have lost 38 lbs so far and have never felt better in my life. You will see in my diary my calorie burn is fairly high Monday-thursday as a work on the receiving dock in a warehouse where everything is done by hand. Most of my weight was actually lost…

It's the point of moving people away from items such as cookies, cakes, chips, pop tarts, ice cream to a diet of minimaly processed foods such as veggies, fruits, beans, and legumes. Honestly a lot of people are overfed but they are malnourished, I was one of those people! I am extremely passionate about a whole foods diet…
-
I think a better way to put it is not unprocessed but minimally processed foods. Which if you ask me is common sense. Most people in general know what a healthy diet consists of. I mean if you asked someone which is healthier vegetables and grains or ice cream and soda I doubt that anyone would choose the ice cream and…
