I wasn't giving up beer so I switched to Mich Ultra. I figure it in my log in place of my former biscuits and gravy and I'm down 65 lbs since last July. (Your results may vary)

I've lost 65 lbs since last July and the only foods I've completely sworn off are hog fries and durian fruit.

Don't deny yourself the foods you love. Everything in moderation works for me. Well, except Snickers.

I love beer and have given up all other grain products in order to keep the brew in my diet. Liquid biscuits!

I've had a Monster Muscle Protein Shake for breakfast for the last year. Breakfast is my Achilles heel when it pertains to overeating so I don't take the chance. That said, if I do eat breakfast nothing beats a pecan waffle, real butter, maple syrup and smoked jowl. Darn, hungry now..

If I had to give up cheese (or bacon) I'd just surrender and wallow in my cheesy fatness. Fortunately both are easy to figure in the menu!

I weigh in every couple months just so I have a number to post but basically I go by how often I'm buying smaller clothes. The scale becomes a tyrant.

My doctor suggested a goal weight for me but knowing I never weighed that little even after Marine boot camp I added 20 lbs and here I go.
