I'm 33 and hypothyroid as well. I'm working on 41 lbs to lose and it's a daily struggle sometimes to have enough energy to continue to workout and not lay on the couch all day.

I'm ALLERGIC to wheat, dairy, soy, etc. I've had to cut out foods I love and I'm trying to find ideas of "allergen free" foods to add because I'm tired of chicken breasts and veggies. I did trying to find breakfast suggestions and got told just eat whatever I like even if it's not a breakfast food.

I actually do have soy, wheat, egg, and dairy allergies among many others :( Does anyone have any suggestions of somewhere reputable to find food ideas that eliminate these?

I don't know why I didn't think of oatmeal. Great idea with the protein or nut butter to up the protein content. Thanks!

This isn't even the whole list :( The list has pretty much cut out every one of my go-to food and I'm having to relearn how to eat, but I'm getting bored with chicken/beef and salad (with no dressings).

I've never heard of Pho, but I just looked it up and it looks like a totally safe food for me! I'm so going to have to try this sometime. Thank you.

I'm looking for a mentor or even just friends on here. I'm looking to lose about 45 lbs but have multiple autoimmune conditions that are impeding weight loss (hypothroidism, RA, etc.) as well as a bunch of dietary restrictions due to allergies, so any help/encouragement/advise is always welcome!
