10 min a day is not bad if you don't rest at all in between the sets. Set timer and do it the full 10 min. You should be moving the entire time for 10 min with zero rest. And add in some push ups. I'd would also try to work to up to eventually doing 20 min sessions at least twice a week.

"Say bro"....as I wave in front of his blank stare, interrupting his deep thought "...she said what kind of coffee you want?".

Thanks, and although I've hit some goals there is always another one to hit. =D

Man, that is on my eggs and 80% of my food daily lol

You are welcome. Go rock it and I would say that I wish you the best of luck but you don't need it. All you need is the discipline, the knowledge, and the will to accomplish your goals. So go out there and get it done!

All body weight and Jiu-Jitsu for the loss in the picture but I have recently added some kettle bells and dumbells as well.

I agree 100% I have had a lot of success with it.

I think it's definitely worth trying for those who might be more new than others. I have always been an athlete and I let myself go for four years so when I was implementing this to get back into shape I was still probably in better shape than a lot of people. I preferred the same muscle groups back to back to get a better…

I said deep stretching or light Yoga. Something simply to get the body moving in the morning and get your full range of body motion activated. If you don't know yoga, simply stretch. One thing I definitely recommend, is making sure a "deep resting squat" is included in this routine. Some links for those wondering what it…

Hahaha! Thanks! Yes and I cook 2 meals a day for 5 people. So that is 70 meals a week that I usually cook on sundays or sometimes half on Sunday other half on wed. So when people say they don't have time to prep for themselves. I find it hard to believe when I do it for 5 people, work full time, have a wife and kids, work…

Who do you cook for?

Here are the containers I use. I make 3- 4 eggs over medium and 1 turkey sausage link every morning. So I don't have to prep that. I prep lunch and dinner for a week. I do a new theme each week. One week might be Italian, next week chicken and rice, then another week might Mexican, etc.

I do daily activity that includes yoga and body weight circuit training. Then 2-3 times a week I do weights and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu spread out during the week. During the weekends I only do Yoga and maybe some family activities outside.

You are rocking it. Looks amazing and well plated.

I disagree or maybe you misunderstood the point of this. This is for people who are used to zero activity, they have little knowledge on exercises and can't get to a gym. Its intention is daily activity and increasing mobility. Its combating sitting at a desk all day and from doing that for years, deactivating muscles and…

I love meal prepping. I do a different theme each week.

I meal prep. Here are some of my meals .

Hey, I would say that you are right on track. About a month in, you should feel different more than you look different. That said, you should trust the scale not your eyes when it comes to "seeing a difference". My daughter has grown a foot over the last year and I haven't noticed until she went to the doctor and got…

I didn't like many vegetables all that much either but now I love them. I always enjoyed corn, peas and greenbeans but I think the way I began to like others was by eating them with other food I liked. For example, I used to hate broccoli but I would eat it in broccoli and cheese casserole. I would get used to the taste…

I will share with you something that has worked for me and a lot of my friends I am helping. Week 1: Daily do the following. The key is, NO resting in between exercises. You rest one muscle group while working out the next and you want to stay moving the entire time. Everything is done with body weight. Do it in this…

I would add to make sure you are weighing yourself In the morning, when you first wake up, after using the restroom, and while wearing the same clothes or no clothes. Your body will fluctuate throughout the day.
