Hi! It's willpower that is the hardest thing about eating in a healthy manner. Sometimes saying no sets you up for failure. Prioritize your calories. Especially if you know you'll be eating out with friends. And workout longer before you go with them to keep your muscles burning calories aafter you've completed the workout!

I think you just need to change your eating habits. I don't know how a cleanse works but it sounds like something that doesn't do much at all. My calorie intake is 1200. It's tough but I do it with clean eating lifestyle. I don't even need to exercise more than twenty minutes a day because the app won't close me out! I love it!
