So for breakfast ill have weetabix & milk lunch salad but dinner ill have fish and chips cause I get to tired around dinner time to cok anything !! or ill have chocolate to help me get on with my day and I need to get out of that routine No I usually drink water and lemon , sometime ill drink coke zero .
