I have been logging for over 400 days so I am not new to this
-
If I have one then I log one, if I have one serving then I log one serving. I double check everything I log to make sure it registers correctly. I have learned to be very accurate when logging food

This again?

I’ve gained 3 lbs in 3 weeks. I am entering all foods in my daily MFP log ins and I want to be loosing 1/2-1 lbs a week and I’m not

I walk at home because I am recovering from an injury, therefore I am taking it slow. I won’t go to a gym , do my regular routine and get hurt again. I’m being careful with this injury. I could be sitting here but I am making an attempt at being active.

My doctor wants me to take Adipex but i am honestly scared to. The minor side effects do not scare me because they are minor but the one that really scares me is heart failure. I have it waiting to be filled but I am scared to fill it

I am logging things properly but occasionally I will go over my calories. I gained 5 lbs since I last seen him 6 months ago. I've been trying to lose weight for years but I'm saying everyone is different so people may lose weight quicker than me, with doing what I'm doing. Between 2,000-2500 is what I aim for

I am seeking options on the medication he gave and what people have thought of it, no more no less. I realize that people on the internet are not experts, I would have to be an idiot to think that. The $4 million dollars was a joke. I was simply stating that everyone's body is different and would react different to certain…

I do not have endurance and am unemployed so I cannot afford surgery. I do have a good scale, log my food, etc. also he did briefly discuss the side effects but doctors say a lot of things so I want a non-doctors opinion on this. I have tried different things, including switching up foods and exercise and nothing is really…

1) I am trying to lose about 200 lbs 2) I am still new to the scale and sometimes I get off track but I am doing my best, tracking about 95% of my foods. 3) I was going to planet fitness 3x per week but I am at the tail end of college before I graduate so I am concentrating fully on my studies. After this is over (6 days)…

I am severely overweight and he suggested following this caloric intake. The problem is I am losing weight too slowly. I don't know if 3300 is more reasonable or not, I just wanted to know if anyone here was in the position I was and what they did

I have had anxiety too and sometimes it makes me dizzy so therefore I do not work out because of it. I know I need to exercise but when it gets this bad I take the day off and try to relax

I don't think it's a poor place for advice at all because someone else is going through this too and they could offer some words of advice. She did consult her doctor and he wants her to check it every day and go back in a month. I was just reaching out for advice, just like other people on other forums

I mean high blood sugar just to be certain
-
I'm not sure, as far as I know just high blood pressure. She doesn't see him for a couple weeks yet

I could use a few more friends

I thought about it but even before I posted this I had an appointment for next Friday.....I don't know if I can go that long without exercising

I like to eat peanut butter (I know I know), eggs, 35 calorie bread, oatmeal, bananas, chocolate, low fat mayo, pizza (again I know it's not the best), cinnamon, oranges, grapes, chicken breast and lunch meat are some of the things I eat regularly.
-
I'm trying to find foods low in fat and carbs yet high in protein. I'm trying to eat healthier but it's tough. I like foods that aren't the best for me but aren't the worst

If MFP exercise calories are inaccurate 1) why do we use it 2) how do I get an Accurate count?
-
I just enter my exercise into MFP and that what it tells me I burned
-
I typically do 35 min on a stationary bike and the same time for the treadmill
-
I don't want everyone to think that I'm not capable of finishing my workout. I'm just tired halfway through most days. I don't know if I would go the I need testing done route but just want to know what you guys do so you don't feel sluggish before and during your workout. There are also times where I feel tired before so…
-
I currently have a bowl of cereal and a scoop of peanut butter before. I usually do the stationary bike for 30 min and some weights, take a break then treadmill for 30 min and then some more weights
-
I haven't been tested. But I guess I'm supposed to be tired after the gym right?
-
Does anyone else have this particular one ?

To everyone asking if I record everything I eat the answer is yes. I started (again) this 3 weeks ago and have logged in and recorded everything for that time. And I know it's not a guessing game. What I meant was is that I don't weigh my food, I just look on the container/box and use the "recommended" serving size. And I…
