Yep. Every month. It's always the few days leading up to the start. I snack all day and feel a constant hunger. I'm just trying to snack on healthy foods, but a lot of the time i just want junk.

I lost 42lbs on slimming world. It took me around 9 months to lose that amount. If you write down everything in your food diary and follow it 100 percent you will lose. I lost 43lb on slimming world. Although when they said 'unlimited' amounts of pasta and rice I just took that as no need to weigh them. I would never binge on them if hungry, I would just have a sensible sized portion but without weighing it.

Thanks for the replies. Also, I usually go to a spinning class once a week, but last week I went 4 times as I had more free time, could dramatically increasing exercise cause me to retain more water?
