Over fat but under calories
The past few days I've been over my fat by around 5g. Although I have been under my calories by between 100-150. Will it make much of a difference to my weight loss if I'm slightly over my fat, even though I'm under my calorie goal?

Too much sugar?
I read on the world health organisation website that the average person should cosume around 25g of sugar per day. Mfp is putting my sugar intake at 45g per day to lose 2lb per week. How can this be right when the WHO says not to go over 25g a day?
