Hey guys to answer the questions: I haven't changed up my eating habits in the last year. I track and weigh my intake. I don't add back in my exercise calories. I found it in this book http://fourhourbody.com/. Similar to a low carb diet but more long term sustaining (carbs from legumes and 1 cheat day a week).
