I use a soup with shrimp cilantro turmeric cayenne pepper garlic powder. The shrimp already contains salt. About 100 calories. But I usually eat the soup during lunch or dinner. I grab a snack bar when im too busy for breakfast. I put hemp oil in the soup. But that adds 120 calories. Or egg drop soup

I thought that i had hit a plateau. But I think sometimes the body is retaining water or poop. My weight graph has bigger dips and peaks. But if I look at a month or two graph, I see that Im still maintaing weight loss.

What about your target heart rate. Are you going beyond aerobic to anaerobic? I always stay in my aerobic zone to build vo2 max.

I agree. The track coach was advising me for jogging at 3-8. But walking would be good at higher inclines.

Try walking on incline. I did that for a couple years to build my cardio. I wasn't overweight. And you get to work those behind muscles like butt hamstring back and calves.
