Week 13 day 1 check-in I am still in my slump. Eating on a scale of 1 to 10 has been a 5. Some days good, some days bad. I'm not giving up.

No exercise yesterday but more activity since I volunteered for an activity at band camp. It at least got me away from my desk. My eating has been good so that is why I am holding the weight.

I did my own calcs. I need to lose 1.35 lbs a week for 24 weeks to reach my goal. Not really realistic but a goal for sure. I will keep trying. I turn 50 this year and really wanted to enter the next day of my life smoking hot but I may have to settle for a little steamy.

You have been such a trooper. I know you will do it. Maybe just maybe some group members will come back and be inspired by your dedication. I know I am.

Week 10 Day 5 check-In! I have only walked one day this week. That means I have to walk the next 3 days to meet my goal. Eating going okay. Not perfect but respectable.

Week 9 Day 7 Check-In I have been struggling so much. My kids are saying to me "What happened, you were doing so good." Changing the thought process is sooo hard. I am going to keep trying. I want desperately to meet this challenge. I am 50 this year and I can't go on like I have all these years. I must beat this!

Hey all, Back at last. I have been off the wagon so to speak. Heather, have you been feeling lonely? Since vacation it's been hard. My weight gain should be a wake up call. I need support and should not try to go at it alone. Onward we go. Wish me luck.

I am on my vacation but am trying to stay focused. I only missed tracking one day. Blew it with Mexican yesterday. Too many drinks. On the upside, taking long walks on the beach and if I am not carrying something heavy, I have vowed to only use the stairs to go to and from our sixth floor condo. Go me.

It is so hard with kids and breastfeeding does wear you out. The quality of food you take in is so important for energy. You will do it. Prayers going up for a super day.

My daughter is home from college and she is super fit. Well she has been pushing me. Yesterday we walked probably 3 miles. She monitors my water. She has designated herself my drill seargent. During our walk, I am arguing with her that I need to get back because I left my son in charge of the chicken and I didn't tell him…

Sounds like things have been rough. Hang in there! Had a networking event at my house today. I was so busy all day getting the house ready. I hardly ate anything, drank 2 glasses of wine but got my water in. I was on my feet all day cleaning and the balls of my feet are killing me! But I got 10000+ steps. That's never…
