I feel like an odd one out. If am going to be doing a work out in the morning I really need the energy or else I have to finish my work out half way through due to being so hungry. I usually have a large bowl of fruit and fibre with skimmed milk, 3 whole large scrambled eggs and a breakfast bar. That usually holds me out…

Thanks that was a quick and easy fix, my calorie intake has gone up by 1000 too.

This is a good example as sometimes when loosing weight the muscle gain can cause you to think no weight loss is accruing (muscle weighs more than fat) but having a physical/visual reference can show the true results and help to put a motivated smile on your face
