That's the way the body works. You are never truly one weight, you are a weight range of a few lbs.

Very on calories, very on protein and fat. Some what on fibre and calcium. Not interested in the carbs.

Can you type up what the 800 calories was? The food, brand and number of grams you ate. So sorry for the loss of your MIL x

I think he's getting a back hander from the other Dr he is referring people to. Start tracking your food again, stick to it then see what happens. If in around 9 months time you haven't fallen pregnant get investigations done as to why. In activity is as bad as being obese. So also start walking and moving more. Best of…

Your weight can change 1lb in an hour or so. It is water weight, food weight. You can fluctuate by 4lbs in a day. It has nothing to do with fat gain or loss.

You mean a year on you still don't have the energy to work out?
 -
What do you mean by 1200 isn't working for you?

Nope just correcting some BS Although if they have any UK jobs and can beat my current salary and benefits
 -
I've been called worse at times  I just don't like the BS that certain foods are poison and as for addictive!

This is what I do as well. Yoga for runners and a foam roll when I get back.

It's different for everyone. As long as you are eating at a deficit your weight will start to come down.

Sigh. Bread will not harm you and has no chemicals in it that will hurt you. They are not poisoning us. Where did I put my tin hat?

1700 But start by increasing it by 100 a week until you stay the same weight range. It will never be a set number so you need to decide what range you are going to stay between.

I just wear a very light weight waterproof, tie it around your waist when you get too hot. If your going to run regularly you get used to it.

Only you can decide if you should lose weight or not. You are in the over weight category.

You just have to keep going. It is quite often the last fat we lose.

                Yes

I do it every week. I enjoy my weekends with any calories I haven't used during week days.

If your UK most Sports direct now have a machine you stand on and it scans your feet and gives you recommendations of ones to try on.

                Great achievements :)

My sister and my husband. Sister for an easy natter as we go run. Husband to kick my *kitten* run.

                It's not healthy to.

It's great isn't it? The more you move the more you can eat and still lose weight :) Try just eating half the calories back at first though in case it is over estimating.
 -
The kitten over type just made that seem even worse :D

And my nomination for post of the month goes to ^^ :D

It's a very poor quality expensive meal replacement. You'd get better macros by eating 200g of cooked chicken breast

A deficit means eating less calories than your body is burning off. A deficit of 250 calories and you lose 0.5lb a week A deficit of 500 calories and you'll lose 1lb a week

I'd be over the moon to only gain 3lbs after a holiday. Mind you I really blow out when I'm away. Flights tend to make you hold water weight for a few days.
