I haven't checked cup sizes yet but I measure around the bust and after losing 82 lbs I've lost 6 inches in the boob area. My bras all went from being super tight on the outer hooks to being somewhat loose on the inner hooks and in the regular (as opposed to athletic) bra I can tell the cup is a smidge too big but thats…

Don't think about the amount of weight you have to lose in total. I started my weight loss needing to lose 146 lbs, i've lost 78 so far. Setting small goals to focus on (5 lbs lost, 10, 20, fitting into a size smaller jeans, etc) has made it a whole lot easier than looking at the big number.

I weigh myself every morning too, unless the day before was a splurge day in which case I stay away from the scale for a day or so. :blush:

I started @ a weight of 326 and I'm 258 now. It's taken me about 10 months but that's with me taking it slow and not worrying too much over the speed that I'm losing weight. For me it's the slow and steady horse that will win the race because I know if I get in too much of a rush I'll get frustrated and that's no fun. lol

I have the thule chariot cheetah and I love it. Its a super smooth ride for my chitlin and easy peasy to push. Lots of leg room for your legs to move. Can also be used for bike riding, skiing, etc. No cup holders though. :(

I also think its a glitch. I made some new friends yesterday and all day yesterday half of what they posted I couldn't like or comment on it, even when I went to their page. Seems to be okay now though so maybe it just takes a bit.

Exactly, there are lots of people who I've read about doing it for far longer than 21 days. Nowhere does it say you have to stop after your 21st day lol. :) It really isn't bad, you get like 6 (I think?) workouts with it. In my opinion thats worth it in and of itself.
