Hello everyone- Im new to MFP about 10 days now. 3 weeks ago I weighed 350 lbs, joined the YMCA, completely overhauled my kitchen and pantry with nothing but whole, organic food. Today I weigh 343 and my wish for 12 weeks would be at least 25 more lbs. My goal weight at the end of my journey will be 158.

roasted cauliflower is awesome with a bit of Malt Vinegar and if you have a dehydrator you can make cauliflower "popcorn"

ooo I love my George foreman for grilled veggies like thick zuccini slices, onion, portabella mushrooms and of course grilled cheese made with a spinach wrap instead of bread- with mozarella and tomato YUM!!!

Hi KiHei Not even my husband knows!! I joined the YMCA about 2 weeks ago and have been going nearly every day. The huge pool there is my favorite and is easy on the joints!
