@jdscrubs32 my plan is to eat. But really I've been taking time to get enough calories, most of them healthy, on a daily basis. I workout 4 times most weeks alternating between high weight and low volume (2 weeks), and then low weight high volume (2 weeks). Then I repeat. My first goal was to reach 160 and I'm nearly…

So cool. People don't get how tough it is to transform. Takes discipline!

You can do it!

Small meals throughout the day. Pack a cooler and bring it to work. (I had to start doing this and it's inconvenient at first). If you don't get breaks then make stuff you can pocket. It's a discipline to slowly train your body to eat more. Sometimes increased activity makes your body generate hunger signals. So try adding…

I originally had occasional digestive issues before bulking that would result in not eating for a while. Over the past year I've learned to treat my stomach like any other body part (it can get injured and it also needs time to heal). My advice is to go slow, start with a very small surplus and see what's offering types of…

Thanks for the info/suggestions. First time putting anything on my small frame had me in a body-fat panic. I'll keep watching the cals.

1st time bulker here too. I started eating around 3,000 calories per day (250-300 surplus) for about 6 weeks. I increased about 9 pounds, however body fat is up about 1-2%. I'm pleased with the gains, but I'm watching the body fat like a hawk now. If it now it goes above 15% for two weeks in a row, I will have to scale…
