  • That's amazing, man! Congratulations seems to be a HUGE understatement!
  • Just click on the thing that looks like a black piece of paper with the right corner folded in. You can either drag/drop a file or just upload it. I'm sure you'll get the hang of it :)
  • You can add me. Come on over!
  • How about no Epilepsy and high self-esteem. Not a massive order.
  • Looking for white friends. Not really though. I wonder how that would go over in the forums lol Good luck finding amigos. Adios.

  • We have a Terrier-Chihuahua named Pop Pop and a Chi-Weenie named Honey. Best dogs in the entire world and so sweet!
  • Add me! Allons-Y!
  • I'm reading the novelization of the William Hartnell Doctor Who serial The Sensorites. Just fantastic.
  • Stay away from the internet.
  • Married here too. Probably most people are married on here. Just a bunch don't act like they are. Not looking. Probably breaks all your hearts.
  • Fresno, Cali!
  • I'm in Cali too. Grew up in Marysville but now in Fresno. Time to lose some more weight. Anybody feel free to add me.
  • So because you didnt train your dog correctly, you want your dog to get shocked by a dog collar every time it barks? That just sounds cruel. Why not just pay for somebody to teach you how to handle your dog instead of going to shock treatment? I didn't even know they sold such barbaric devices any longer. Edit: Glad to see…
  • Poor Miesha Tate. I really liked her too. It looked like the new champ got an illegal knee to the head in before the win though. She still would have beaten her regardless. The Women's Title has been passed around more than a joint since Ronda lost the belt.

  • Just simple math. Burn more calories than you consume. Make sure you put down everything in your journal so you're keeping track even if you go over.
  • Just go to person's profile and click add friend. Then have to send request. You'll get the hang of it.
  • I had the same thing. My regular doctor put me on the 50,000 IU dosage once a week. Works great as evidenced by my last full blood panel that was done recently.
  • Yep. It's not for everybody. Gyms of all kinds out there. This one just suits my wife and I.
  • Add me! Lost about 50 so far and still got some more to go!
  • That's another reason why my wife wanted to try out PF. She heard about the massaging chairs lol Not a big deal for me one way or the other. PF is cheap, it's open 24 hrs and plenty of cardio machines. That's all I need. Don't really need a personal trainer. Some people do but I know how to lose weight on my own. Already…
  • Yep. It works for me. Not for everybody. It's a good beginning gym for those getting back in the game and just looking to lose fat. Once you lose that weight and want to start toning up and lifting, probably have to move on. That won't be a couple years down the line for us I think. They're trying to reach the 85% that…
  • People make up words all the time. Instead of saying gym intimidation which people understood, they called it gymtimidation instead. Doesn't take a marketing genius to come up with that. If gymtimidation wasn't really happening, everybody would call bs on it from the beginning but, instead, the opposite is happening and PF…
  • I havent even looked around everywhere in the gym. I am tonight though. Do they even have free weights? If so, are there mats to set the weights back down on after lifting. If there aren't any, you could easily see why overhead presses aren't allowed. You drop them and the weights could be damaged rather quickly. I know…
  • Where do you think people got those intimidation thoughts though? Probably from a gym they frequented when they were younger and had a really bad experience. I've never had bad gym experiences but I could understand. Doing curls and stuff in other gyms the guys are always looking at their muscles the whole time they're…
  • Yeah it would have to vary from locale to locale since they're all independently owned. Maybe they should have just called it Planet Cardio and people wouldn't be whining so much.
  • Bodybuilders don't need to slam the weights down. If you truly are really strong, you would get an even better workout lowering the weight more slowly to the ground instead of dropping it from six feet in the air. I was only giving a definition of what they deem as lunks...lunkers...whatever the correct usage is.
  • The question must be asked though. How loud does a grunt have to be to have the lunk alarm go off? The PF gym I went to last night seemed pretty lax. Could have been because it was after midnight but I saw a few girls in there with tanktops that are supposed to be forbidden. Not complaining of course. I'm sure just normal…
