I’ve had history of doing that. Go a couple of weeks eating perfectly, have one slip up and then let it keep going until I realize it’s unsustainable and try again. Thank you very much appreciated. Trying to take the negative energy and use it as determination to get healthy again. It’s really hard because my husband is naturally skinny. Like he can eat anything and it doesn’t matter.

I totally get it. I lost a bunch of weight a couple of years ago but I've been slowly putting it back on. I'm trying to get back into a healthy rhythm and repeat what I did last time but it's been tough because I travel a lot for work and my hours are unpredictable. I'm happy to cheer you on!

Hi, I have fallen off the wagon so to speak since getting married last year and I'd love some motivating, supportive friends. My husband is naturally blessed with a fantastic metabolism so it's been a real challenge since I am not. :)
