Thank you Lizzie. Needed to see this today. B- I'm in a weird spot myself. I've lost 63 pounds in the past 9 months, and suddenly out of nowhere, I have zero motivation, I'm eating bad most days. Going to the gym once or twice a week.....I need help!!

Just for today 5/06 I will 1. work out for AT LEAST 30 minutes 2. stop focusing on my gain and think about what I need to do to lose 3. drink 4 bottles of water at 17 ounces each
