I drink it daily also and no cravings.

I fit into a size 14! I was in a size 18/20, didn't even know my size dropped that much until my mom bought a pair of juniors 14s and they were to small for her. She asked if I wanted to try them and when they fit with room I was so excited.

I use this scale and I like it but take everything besides the weight as just an estimate. I don't think it would be able to get an accurate body fat %.
