    @mari_moulin, {{{hugs}}} The 170's don't want to let me go either. Guess what though? We WILL kick them to the curb!

    Yes! It’s been frustrating this month with the scale slowly creeping upwards but I know I am doing everything right. Just need to keep on trucking and trust the journey. Gotta get it into my head that it’s not gonna be a straight line. You would think I’ve leaned this after being on this journey for such a long time. Im just hard headed that way lol.

    Updated for November 15. I started tracking last week as an effort to get in the habit. This week my focus is on not eating snacks after dinner and getting consistent with my calories. The weekdays are easier with a routine but weekends can be tricky with eating out.

    I’m glad that Monday I was easily able to fit in lunch out with colleagues :) so far feeling great and taking it one meal at a time!

    Updated for November 22. Really happy with my compliance to macros and calories at the moment. I’ve actually found that I’ve been underrating more than I’d like, but haven’t been hungry. Each afternoon I snack on a cucumber (newly acquired favorite snack!). This week’s goal is to meditate every day. Going strong!

    Great place to start on Thanksgiving. I’m feeling pretty confident that I can reach my goal this month and relax my goal in December.
    I love these monthly goals and these weekly check ins. I track my daily weight but I definitely see my progress clearer by month. The daily fluctuations sometimes cloud the long term progress for me.

    Total loss for November: Less than one pound since November 1. The graph of my weight looks like a sine wave, so at least it's not a steady climb. I was up to 153 last week and back down below 148 this week which is the top of my maintenance range.

    Nov 1-8 notes: So far I've gotten in 2 workouts this week.  Rockclimbing on Monday & a group class on Thursday. My 3rd workout this week will be a walk on Saturday.  I'm thinking of joining a pushup challenge to gain upper body strength to improve my rockclimbing.
    This week my colleagues have started to notice I've lost weight!

    November 8th - 188.8 lb
    Nov 8-15 notes: this week I struggled with cravings, oh my I wanted everything!  I gave in, but didn't over do it (big step for me).  Made it to the gym 3x this week as planned.

    November 15th - 186.6 lb
    Nov 16 -21 notes:  already thinking about my next goals!  I'm new to using the community aspect of MFP and am quite enjoying it.  This is the first week since September I've seen the weight go up, I want to make sure I don't let this go to my head, ie don't give up or lose momentum.  Since I've eaten out 3 times this week, I had a feeling this would happen, but its okay!
