Yes! It’s been frustrating this month with the scale slowly creeping upwards but I know I am doing everything right. Just need to keep on trucking and trust the journey. Gotta get it into my head that it’s not gonna be a straight line. You would think I’ve leaned this after being on this journey for such a long time. Im just hard headed that way lol.4 -

Updated for November 15. I started tracking last week as an effort to get in the habit. This week my focus is on not eating snacks after dinner and getting consistent with my calories. The weekdays are easier with a routine but weekends can be tricky with eating out.
I’m glad that Monday I was easily able to fit in lunch out with colleagues so far feeling great and taking it one meal at a time!
Updated for November 22. Really happy with my compliance to macros and calories at the moment. I’ve actually found that I’ve been underrating more than I’d like, but haven’t been hungry. Each afternoon I snack on a cucumber (newly acquired favorite snack!). This week’s goal is to meditate every day. Going strong!4 -

I love these monthly goals and these weekly check ins. I track my daily weight but I definitely see my progress clearer by month. The daily fluctuations sometimes cloud the long term progress for me.

Nov 1-8 notes: So far I've gotten in 2 workouts this week. Rockclimbing on Monday & a group class on Thursday. My 3rd workout this week will be a walk on Saturday. I'm thinking of joining a pushup challenge to gain upper body strength to improve my rockclimbing.

Nov 16 -21 notes: already thinking about my next goals! I'm new to using the community aspect of MFP and am quite enjoying it. This is the first week since September I've seen the weight go up, I want to make sure I don't let this go to my head, ie don't give up or lose momentum.
