    Doing daily weigh-ins this month.

    Hey everyone - I’ve seen a couple posts about people not being able to copy and paste to updat their weights - what i do is I keep my progress in my notes on my phone, fill it out on there then copy them from my notes and post them on here

    I used to struggle to copy on here too, that’s why I started doing it that way

    Hope that helps some people :)

    Thanks so much for that I wasn't having trouble copying, but finding my previous posts. I've always taken a note of what page my post was on but it wasn't always there when I came back. So frustrating having to scroll through looking for it. Such a simple solution but so helpful. Thanks.

    @stationlouisa and everyone else. When you want to find your previous posts on any of the MFP forums, at the top of the Community web page, there is a search link🔍, tap it or click on it. Scroll down to Author, type in your username, scroll down to Search, tap or click on it. All Forums that you participate in will come up with links to your posts.

    Also, if there is something that you want to find within a particular thread, scroll to the bottom of the page. Under the last post you will see a box titled, Search discussion. Type in what you are looking for.

    I need 3.8lbs in 13 days. It's not going to happen now - that's an unrealistic expectations considering I have been 500-700 under for the last 6 days and only lost half a pound.

    Looking forward to feeling normal again. The gallstone wasn't a surprise, I have known it was there for some years, it only bothered me occasionally and for short periods of time, until last week. Wouldn't wish that discomfort on anyone.

    Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.

    Lowest since 1999: 195.

    Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

    Weekly averages:
    October 22 - 28: 200.8
    October 29 - November 4: 200.8
    November 5 - November 11: 200.7 -started feeling really icky.
    November 12 - November 18: ?? Messed up, post-surgery

    Loss for November: 0.1 lbs.

    MFP Loss: 32.3 lbs

    Total cumulative loss since mid 2015: 42.3 lbs

    Not weighing in until the end of the month but I have been upping my workouts since the holiday food is getting more plentiful! So it's all about the workouts now. Not completely giving up eating better just allowing myself to joy the holidays. I've been eating soups lately, which is an easy meal prep for me, but on the weekends, I'll enjoy some cookies and other treats. The compromise is to double-up my activity. Moving more, because I'm not eating less! :wink:

    Not a perfect plan, just a realistic one.
