For my monthly 5K in for August, was a really fun one. Goals, one mile test each Sunday. Last month, 11:30. Today 11:20. EOM Goal: 11:00 mile. Shooting for 10 miles per week.

July I didn't really get my running groove in place. I am working on building for August. I will run one mile each Sunday to check my progress. Going for 10 miles per week, 40 for the month. Ran 2 today. Any tips on posting? It seems to be a long running reply. Is that just a MFP thing?

Planned to run a slow 3-4 miles today, to work out some soreness from Mondays leg day. Just wasn't happening, so I settled for a hobbled 1 mile and will live to run another day.
