  • Items I have gained from this challenge are: 1. Trying new food, no....same food just COOKED differently. 2. I drink more than half my weight in ounces everyday. 3. Logging and working out go hand in hand. Items I still want to accomplish by the end of challenge: 1. Lose weight. 2. Lose weight 3. And lose weight.
  • Not sure where to keep track of miles for the challenge, so I will post them here. I walked 4 miles today but worked out for 90 minutes.   • Congrats for all who lost or maintained! I lost about 5 lbs but what I am grateful is for the jumpstart it gave me.
