I really want to get really into this WOE. I like the weight loss benefit but I like the health benefits more. So yesterday I did fo not only 30 minutes of cardio but also a 20 min circuit training! Did not log, :( Today's commitment is to get in a 20 minutes of ab workout. It shall get done!! How or should I say where is everyone at???
