I have forerunner310xt had the same problem syncing activities. what I did was I uninstall garmin connect plus ant. from my computer then install it again that worked for me. hope this will fixes your problem

I have knee problems too I get them out of no where during a run from the front n sides of both knees taking a brake from running n riding my bike seems to work for me but if you have to much pain you might want to see a doctor.

I run about 8 to 9 miles every other day but diary says that I eat nothing but junkfood so I don't stick to no diet.

I was so drunk I ask someone's grandma if she wanted to dance but there was no dance floor at this place..haha

I like running in humid weather I don't like dry heat I just always have a bottle of water with me.

I use Garmin. for what I do works great. That's running and cycling but when I get my HR # I don't even know what they mean lol.

I have the same problem I love craft beers but they are high in calories the only solution i have is to hit the gym hard the next day.

Good way to look at it. Cause if work hard and earn it you can play hard and not feel guilty the next day

When you play hard you gotta work hard..I've been there too but we just have to get out there and exercise so we can do it all over again.

Is time to social drink hopefully I won't over do it cause I would have make it up next week and that means a lot of running.
