MFP & Garmin issues!!

So I've been using MFP for a long time so I know how it works, using how many steps you've taken to workout how many calories you've burned etc... I now have a Garmin Vivoactive which is fab!! It was all working great, syncing my steps, activities, calories burned!! Then it randomly started putting my Garmin activity in the negatives when I had clearly burned those calories!! I turned off the negative adjustments settings and now it isn't syncing any of my active calories from my Garmin Connect account?? Please please can someone help with this as it's driving me insane now!! I've emailed the team at MFP but still had no reply so this is my last resort... Thank you!!!

    I have forerunner310xt had the same problem syncing activities. what I did was I uninstall garmin connect plus ant. from my computer then install it again that worked for me. hope this will fixes your problem
