Dental implants? My husband lost 10 lbs. after getting them. Once he healed, now all he does is eat and is actually gain weight.

Mine is open. I drink a lot.

Thank you! Next one will be better! :)

I have nothing to compare it to, but I really like it. I did need help with the logging part of it, but a kind member here explained it to me, and went as far as drawing it out for me in order to understand it. I got the 375 page .pdf copy of the book so I could read it on my kindle fire or laptop.

It's 6 feet tall. Perfect height for my body frame. Plus I get to utilize the space on top more effectively.

Oh yours is fancy Lou!!! Hey, did you put those numbers on the rails? Because that is an EXCELLENT idea! And below your safety rails, what are those black clips? What are those for? I just set a piece of random wood on top that I had laying around. I got it out of the way and serves a bit of a purpose. :)

Thank you very much.

Instead of knocking down walls and tearing your doors apart and so forth... How about this doohickey?
-
This is prolly one of the most awesome ways to do desk work I have ever seen. This is how you work? On a treadmill?
-
So, I am confused. I looked it up it it looks like some sort of clip that attaches to the outside of the front upright rails on the rack? Isn't that the same thing that is on the end on the safety rails? Or do you have a quick link handy to snag these? Friday will be my first squat with the bar so I don't wanna be messing…

Oh my goodness I didn't even notice. Ahaha
-
I would LOVE to see this! Can you post a pic of this contraption? Please?
-
When I grow an extra 2 feet I might invest in a taller rack.

Oh yea I started out with an 8" Newtonian as my first telescope like a MORON! I had to get on that ladder you see there to even ASPA the stupid thing! I ditched that right away and got the 6". OMG it made astrophotography WAY more fun! Here is one of my photos I took with the 6" And the telescope is the same color as my…

And house plants. Did you not see my house plants?
-
I had to look that up. Yeap I had my safe search OFF like an idiot hahaha. Those look like really advanced lifts.
-
I hope so. The program I am followed is for 6 months. I know I will be much stronger, but not sure how much.
-
Hrmm are you SURE you aren't missing anything? LOL
-
Oh so, cool my floors are perfectly deceiving you! :) I paid 65 cents per square foot :) Plywood is more expensive.

I am curious, is the mirror to admire yourself? Or does it serve some other purpose? But I think I must have a wall mirror now that it was mentioned. If not for anything then at least to look at myself. I am that vain.

I was getting so bored with the eliptical. I ditched it the other day and have been jogging outside instead. My first day of lifting was WAY more fun then the cardio machine. Don't feel bad. I am starting at 40. I too wish I didn't start this late.
-
Return high five. I got rid of an eliptical for my weight bench and power rack and all. I have to put the rack together tomorrow (gahhh I hope it's easy) and I am going to be arranging some of my indoor plants to hang from the pull up bar to make it pretty when I am not using it. I will just put my hanging house plants…

You know what turned me off about gyms? Is the smell! I had a membership years ago and noped on renewing. Plus, I am impatient and HATED waiting for people to get off of equipment and then crossing my fingers that they wiped it down afterwards. Lots of people don't do this so you end up doing it for them. I spent less than…

I am doing the NROLFW. My lifting start date was yesterday, second day tomorrow, and since invested in a power rack, bench, bars and plates. I would totally dig having other lady lifters as friends! So what do we do, just randomly add each other? Or?
-
Awesome. Just making sure I wasn't going to do any damage. Will do as planned :) Thanks! The power rack, bar and plates arrive tomorrow Lou! So I am anxious to lift. I wonder how long this thing is going to take me to put together.

I would like to piggy back on this thread. Tomorrow I do my second day of workout B. Does it matter that my body is still very achey? If my body is aching, does it mean my muscles are still in repair? Do I do workout B regardless? Thanks.
-
I do it. I still look like an idiot but I just keep moving. I have no rhythm and I love the way my zumba pants look.
-
No. And not to be rude, but this is just not even common sense. I couldn't imagine harboring pounds of meat I eat everyday in my stomach, along with the plethora of other stuff I shove down my throat. This is not why your stomach isn't flat. It's just fat. Not 7 days worth of meat. I mean, it could take more than a day or…

I gain and lose 2 lbs here and there so my BMI will fall into the 18 range sometimes. But I am seriously working on this and am at maintenance now. Would like to be BMI 21-22 or whatever.
