Wait, several pages ago that was a 600 calorie burger wasn't it? And 600 or 1000 (WTF is on it for 1000 calories?!) I could still easily fit it in my day. Because I'm more of a two bigger meals and a snack or two kind of gal.

Still waiting to know what relevance the 5'5 women at two different weights (but both within a healthy BMI so can't make any assumptions about BF%) has in this whole thing. Oh wait, are we assuming the 135lb woman has too high a BF% and the 115lb woman doesn't have too low BF%? Sugar =/= carbs I'll take the burger of my…

I have just upgraded, well October, to the new VA3 and I really love it. It is wonky with calories, it thinks I'm doing something much more vigorous than reality sometimes but for everything else I love it and was the perfect step up from the first gen. I like that it actually looks nice on wrist now too and takes a…

Wait. Does this mean I can no longer buy and read Lyle's women's book despite the years of research and science that has gone into it because he's neither a woman nor a woman who has trained to achieve my goal aesthetic? Well *kitten*. And as for all those elite athlete coaches who never achieved national places themselves…

I don't recall any issues with any of the handful of antids I've been on, pretty uneventful but then aside from the hypo they didn't do anything for me anyway. Seroquel though, that was a mofo. And I was dependent on zopiclone so weaned myself off that. Wasn't terrible but not the most fun one can have.

I'm a rapid cycler but on lamotrigine monotherapy now. I still cycle but apart from the other week when I had an epic old skool hypomanic episode I am much more even. I still function horribly as a general rule but I'm not lurching from one mood the other all the damn time. Waiting to see a psych is hard when you're in a…

Oh I see, kitten has been changed to love. Hardeharhar mods.

Well *kitten*. I'm BPAD2 as well. Are you on it as a monotherapy. Not my place to get into really but one of the meds I took triggered hypomania (and was how I was diagnosed) and I was immediately taken off it. I could also have just been out on a mood stabiliser too but psych wanted to minimise needed meds where possible…

Fact remains, definition of off grid notwithstanding, she's doing it for clicks and views. Creating another media storm. Same way she does celebrity shaming videos. Clickety click click.

I gained 14lbs in a month on it. Used to stimulate appetites in cats and dogs, so yeah. I binged on all the sweet things, all of them. But I also wasn't tracking back then. GP took me off it after that month but in the end it was an inappropriate treatment (later diagnosed bipolar). Can you ride it out for a few weeks and…

You could provide links to your sources for this information. And unfortunately you seem to not understand how this section of the forum works. It's debate. So if you post, here more than anywhere else, expect to be challenged.

Okay. I'll ask. Why?

I live alone so making an entire cake or pudding fit into my day is really not going to happen. And things have to super fresh for me to enjoy so stretching it would just end up with waste. And then the ready to go mug cakes just called out to me from the shelf in supermarket today. Would be rude to ignore them.

I just had a sticky toffee mug cake with vanilla Breyer's Delight vanilla ice cream. Was pretty legit. Don't mind if I die now.

Almonds, coconut, cassava. Seems legit. I'm sure all paleolithic people had access to those ingredients in their locations around the world.........oh and they totally avoided grains, that flour was made from almonds. Right?

And exercise is included in the number too, as an average across the week. MFP uses the NEAT method where purposeful exercise is added on top of the calories it sets you.

Walnut butter? That sounds like the Devil's work and not in a good way. Never got on with walnuts. Though I do like a Walnut Whip........

If you open your diary we'll be able to help you troubleshoot your logging. Eating too little won't be the reason you haven't lost.

How are you measuring your intake?
-
They do it because like you, they are not overeating. They aren't unicorns, it's just their food intake matches their energy needs. They might be more active than you. They might eat very lightly during the day for those snacks. They may only have a few bites. The point being, they're not special, they don't have some…

Michael Mosley? I am going to say that the science is probably skewed in a lot of places, that chap has an agenda and used his title erroneously (he hasn't practiced in eons). That said, the ten minute bursts of purposeful get the heart rate up a little, walking is a good thing to promote if getting 10k steps, an arbitrary…

You said cream. Milk I am on board with.

I guess technically it is true but it's actually more about being regional. Some would call it supper in some areas. Dinner could refer to lunch in others. Britain has a very diverse range of local dialects. I grew up in a working class Scottish/English hybrid home in Scotland and then later went to a very fancy school. I…

Cream in your tea? Oh no. No no no no no. No. An entire nation gasps with horror. And yes, many many of us are from all over the place but most in the US just automatically assume everyone is also from the US. I spend a lot of time pointing this out in threads where advice may be location specific and the OP is clearly not…

Smooth. A proper serving feels less sad that way. On toast at least.
