400 calories for 9 miles? Even if a lot of that is shuffle standing, you're still standing as opposed to sitting. I don't track at Disney so can't do an n=1 of calories in vs out but getting the same amount of calories for 9 miles of walking as I get for 1 hour of reasonable intense cardio seems low. Except they don't, it's just not worth worrying about because there's no practical application to be made from that knowledge. THAT'S the point we're trying to make and the one you want to ignore because......I don't even know why.

You don't gain anything without an excess of calories (with the exception of recomp but you still wouldn't show a gain on the scale because not eating at a surplus). I use this analogy a lot. You can't add an extension to your home without the bricks. Same thing. It has to be water retention.

It wasn't a 24 hours fast though, it was 48 then a normal deficit day then another 48 hours. That's the problem. You can't just barely eat for 4 days as a "correctional" strategy and think that's okay.

Oh no. Are we really back to poor mathematics again? Because I am really not great at maths "math" but even I know that 30g of carbs is not the same as 30g of sugar.

I don't care what some arbitrarily picked burger's calorie content is but you moved the goal posts after being correctly told that a 600 calorie burger isn't half of many peoples calorie needs and so that was also a strawman.
