I asked my instructor, she said approx 375 calories per class (35 mins of full on kbs) for my height/weight. Don't know if that helps you too Sunflower?

Love kettlebells! My advice would be to stick to a lower weight until you are comfortable with your technique so as not to out any strain on lower back especially.
